ISKCON, INC. is the first & only society incorporated by Srila Prabhupada personally. It was incorporated in New York City on July 13, 1966.
It is currently in litigation. ISKCON GBC Society won the 1st round in the trial court on October 25, 2023. We have appealed which is pending. Keep abreast of the status of this landmark litigation on this site.
